Add Nix build, checks and Forgejo Actions CI 
flake.nix builds quti with buildGoModule on nixos-26.05 (Go 1.26) and
exposes three checks for nix flake check: the package with go test, a
Go lint (gofmt, go vet, staticcheck) and a Nix lint (statix, deadnix).
The check workflow runs nix flake check on the nix runner for pushes to
main and every pull request. main.go is a stub that serves /healthz so
the pipeline has something real to build.

quti

ყუთი (Georgian for box): a small upload page. Friends log in with Pocket ID and drop photos into an Immich server. They get no other access to Immich.
